Hookedoncrafts 8th challenge "Ribbon & Lace"
Another busy fortnight has come and gone! The challenge this fortnight at HOOKEDONCRAFT CHALLENGES is "RIBBON AND LACE!"
I decided to make a front stepper card and I got the template from HERE
The Elephant with bird stamp was coloured using Copic Markers and is from a new upcoming range at Hookedoncraft
The Mulbery paper flowers and Charms are from Hookedoncraft
I used a Martha Stewart punch around the page to create the square layers and then laced ribbon through the gaps. I attached the charms with jumprings with a little bit of chain and linked it to the ribbon bow. The green swirls underneath the flowers are cut using my cricut and the Cricut cartridge "Straight from the nest"
I coloured the lace with glimmer mist to get the right shade I needed.
I made the ticket myself and coloured and stickled the edges.
Please pop over to the challenge and check out the rest of the Design team cards and be sure to join in the fun.

Hookedoncrafts 7th challenge "Spring has sprung"
What a fortnight it has been! I need a rest and still I have to soldier on. The challenge this fortnight over at Hookedoncraft challenges is "Spring has Sprung"
Not sure about where you live but it certainly feels like winter here still! Come out sunshine wherever you are.
I made this card for another friends birthday recently and just couldn't resist using it for this blog challenge.

Close up of the new flowers, Crystal leaf stem and Berry Head Stamens.
The humming bird stamp which was coloured using Copic Markers is from a new upcoming range at Hookedoncraft
The Pearls, Mesh ribbon, Mulbery paper flowers, Berry head stamens, Trinket pins and Crystal leaf stem can also be purchased from Hookedoncraft
I cut out the oval shape from a marriane die and embossed it with a cuttlebug folder which I also sanded back to reveal the core.
I made the ticket myself and inked the edges.
Please pop over to the challenge and check out the rest of the Design team cards and be sure to join in the fun.
