I have used copic markers to colour in the car image which can be purchased at Hookedoncraft
I have used eyelets as embellishments to add some interest. I find making male cards very challenging as you can't just add pretty embellishments on the page to add detail and interest.

Dad's father's day card
Here is the card I made dad for father's day this year. He is a betty boop fan so I decided to make him an easel card for him to treasure. I got the image from a colouring page from the internet and retraced it in Corel draw to get clean lines. I then printed it out on my laser printer and coloured the image in with copic markers. I just love the way the copic markers blend together to create a seamless look. The word stamps are from http://www.hookedoncraft.com/ I used the DCWV citrus stack and plain orange bazzil paper. I also coloured the bling with copic markers too as i didn't have the right colour for this card. Hope you can get some inspiration from this. I will be posting more cards over the coming days.
